The Executive Assistant (EA) acts as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The EC serves as the office manager, primary contact and gatekeeper for the offices of the Chief Executive. Demonstrates professionalism and ensures the office runs with optimum efficiency. Nurse Care Coordinator
Nurse Care Coordinators will assist patients to follow through on treatment plans developed by their doctors. They will create care plans with the patients to meet individual health care goals while collaborating with the rest of the care team. They will also be trained to help connect patients to community and state agencies to fully support their comprehensive care needs.
A Nurse Care Coordinator Manager will lead the team of nurse care coordinators day-to-day to ensure patients’ needs are met and care delivery is coordinated, as well as develop initiatives that will improve the quality of care for patients.
